In order to make your stay at our Hotel a pleasant one, please read the regulations and set behavioural rules carefully. Upon confirmation of the booking, the aforementioned regulations are tacitly accepted. We renew our Welcome to you, we thank you for choosing us and we wish you a happy and pleasant stay.


Upon check-in, all guests (including children) are required to provide an identification document, so that we can communicate it to the relevant police authorities. Documents accepted: Identity card, Passport, Driving licence.

Personal data processing: Pursuant to art.13 of Legislative Decree no.196 of 30.06.2003, all of the personal data of our guests will be processed both by computer systems and manually, in order to comply with fiscal obligations (compiling invoices, recording data, etc.) and send advertising material and commercial promotions regarding our Hotel.


Check-in times: from 2 pm to 8 pm

If for causes of force majeure, it is not possible to reach us within the times indicated, it is essential that you notify Reception.

Check-out times: by 10.30 am

Those wishing to keep the room beyond the established time on the day of departure (and no later than 6 pm), can only do so if the room is available and subject to management approval. They will be charged 50% of the daily amount. After 6 pm, 100% of the daily amount will be charged.

The reception - cash desk - management office (also for the payment of receipts/invoices) remains open from 08:30 am to 10:30 pm. At all other times, it performs services exclusively for control and surveillance inside the hotel. Bookings can be made in the following ways:

- Directly at the Hotel: registration by the customer is sufficient.

- By telephone or email: in these cases, booking is considered complete and concluded when the customer sends us a copy of payment of the deposit made via bank transfer, previously agreed upon with the Management.


The following payment methods are accepted:

– Cash

– ATM cash card

– Credit cards (Visa, Euro/MasterCard, Maestro, CartaSì)

– Bank transfer made payable to ALBERGO MAURO sas di Avanzi Gabriella Laura & C.

If the Customer withdraws the booking, the Hotel reserves the right to apply the following conditions:

- Cancellation is free of charge, up to 10 days before the beginning of the stay.

From the 10th to the 4th day before the beginning of the stay, 50% will be withheld. From the 3rd day to the day before the beginning of the stay, 100% will be withheld.

The Management reserves the possibility of granting the customer the opportunity to use the deposit withheld in other periods, compatibly with the Hotel's availability. In the event of cancellation by the Hotel (for whatever reason) within 24 hours of the customer's check-in date, only the amount of the deposit will be returned and not double the amount.


Guests who check out early are required to pay for the room for the remaining days booked, pursuant to articles 1385 -1386 of the Italian Civil Code and subsequent amendments;

Guests who wish to leave during the night, or before 08:30 in the morning, will need to check out and pay the balance of any extras and the tourist tax the evening prior to departure.


Buffet breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10.00 am. We kindly ask our guests to respect these times.


The Hotel offers you the opportunity to stay here with small and medium-sized pets, with specific conditions. The Management must be informed of the presence of your pet when you make your booking. Any guest staying at the hotel must make sure that their pet does not create annoyance or damage to the other guests and to the hotel itself. Pets are not allowed to enter the hotel restaurant. Only pets that are in compliance with the rules established by the hygiene regulations and current legislation on the subject are allowed to enter the hotel. The Management has the right to request reimbursement or compensation for any damage caused to the hotel.


Every room has a safety deposit box in which money and valuables can be kept. Customers are required to keep their items inside it and make sure that it is always well-closed when they leave the room. The Hotel will not be responsible for any theft or loss.


Linen is changed as follows: sheets are changed every 3 days; towels are changed every other day.


People who are not guests at the hotel are not allowed into the rooms. For security and privacy purposes, visits by family members or friends must be authorised by the Management and the visitor is required to leave an identity document at Reception, which he/she will collect when leaving the Hotel.

Visits by relatives and/or friends that involve overnight stays in the same room as guests booked at the hotel, must be previously authorised by the Management. The cost applied will be full list price. All unauthorised persons found inside the hotel will be reported to the police.

Parking is reserved for the cars of guests staying at the Hotel only. The internal car park is uncovered and unattended. The Management is not responsible for any damage or theft caused to cars in the car park.

In the event of an electrical power cut caused by ENEL, the Italian national electricity board, or caused by the Aqueduct or other reasons due to force majeure, the Management declines all responsibility and is not obliged to provide any reimbursement.

The management declines all responsibility for any accidents to adults and minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and/or carers.


The use of the following is strictly prohibited in the rooms:

– Food-warmer stoves

– Clothes irons

– Electric heaters

CE certified PCs, mobile phone chargers and electric razors are excluded from the list of prohibited items.In the case of damage to these due to force majeure, this will not be attributable to the hotelier.

Preparing meals in the room is strictly prohibited according to Italian Health and Hygiene laws, in order to guarantee a healthy environment in the rooms and to avoid unwanted guests such as ants, cockroaches and other insects.
